Police investigating the attempted murder of a dog walker in Essex in January believe a man in a beige coat could help their inquiries.
The 64-year-old victim was stabbed in the chest after being approached by two men on London Road, Purfleet, at about 20:30 on Tuesday, 16 January.
Just before the incident he had had a brief conversation with a man in a beige coat when his dog crossed the man's path.
This man is described as white, aged 30 to 40, about 5ft 10in (1.78m), of average build with dark hair.
A 36-year-old man has been released on police bail in connection with an alleged attack on a jogger last weekend.
A 19-year-old man reported that he was attacked in woodland between Foxhall Stadium and Kelvedon Drive on Saturday, 17 February at about 21:15 and had injuries to his stomach, hand and elbow.
The 36-year-old was arrested on suspicion of GBH on Friday, and he is due to report back to the Martlesham Police Investigation Centre on 21 March.

A man has been arrested on suspicion of drug-driving this morning after reports of lorry swerving and crashing on the A1 near Peterborough
An HGV was reported to police shortly after 07:00, before it collided with the central reservation near the A47 junction while travelling on the southbound carriageway.
Cambridgeshire Police said a 44-year-old man tested positive for cocaine at the roadside and he has been arrested.

You don't need us to tell you it's a tad chilly outside at the moment, but the public thermometer on Parker's Piece in the centre of Cambridge might be ranking things up a little.
At about 08:00 it was telling the city's commuters the temperature was -35C (-31F). Even Moscow is "only" dipping to -19C (-2F) today.
We're not sure if the decimal point light is on the blink, but according to the Met Office today's temperature in the city is expected to be about 1C (33F) with a low of -3C (26F).
Wrap up warm if you're going outside though, as there's a yellow weather warning for snow in place for the East of England later today.

Suffolk Police said they were called to the Chancery Lane store at 03:55, where the cash machine had been removed.
A stolen white Isuzu pick-up was used to carry the machine away, but the vehicle and cash machine were found abandoned near Mendlesham with no money taken from the latter.
The offenders were then seen getting into a silver Audi A5 which police said could be the same vehicle which was stolen from Harefield in Long Melford at 22:40 on Saturday.
Greater Anglia Trains, external has cancelled a number of services tomorrow and Wednesday after a yellow warning of snow and ice was issued for much of eastern England.
The company said it was drawing up contingency plans which include ending services by 22:00 tonight and running a limited service from 06:00 to 22:00 tomorrow and Thursday.
It's planning to cancel trains from Norwich to Sheringham, Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft, from Ipswich to Felixstowe and Lowestoft, from Colchester to Colchester Town and from Stratford to Tottenham Hale.
Services are also affected on the London to Southend and London to Stansted Airport lines.
Operator c2c, external said a normal timetable is planned until 21.00, after which some services will be altered or cancelled.

Norwich City's on-loan midfielder Harrison Reed says he could return to the club next season.
The 23-year-old has impressed for City during a season-long loan spell from Premier League Southampton.
Reed has been filling-in at right back in recent weeks in the absence of the injured Ivo Pinto.
He's due to return to The Saints at the end of the season, but says he wants to keep playing regular first team football.
