  16. 'Watford must react'published at 14:15 British Summer Time 1 October 2016

    Watford v Bournemouth (15:00 BST)

    Steve Wilson
    Match of the Day commentator

As Eddie Howe again finds himself talking about the possibility of being an England manager of the future, a visit to Vicarage Road will rake up some unpleasant memories from the past.

It's only three years since a Bournemouth side containing seven contenders for a starting berth on Saturday were thrashed 6-1 on Watford soil - Howe's heaviest ever defeat as a manager.

Watford's Troy Deeney bagged a hat-trick that day - he needs only two more goals to become just the fifth Watford player to reach a century of goals for the club.

Watford were so poor at Burnley on Monday that some reaction is surely guaranteed - if not, Howe's side could be set fair for a first away win since April.
