The quality of care homes and care services has been revealed in a report by the Care Quality Commission today.
In the West Midlands, 81% of adult social care services are rated as good, which puts the region second nationally.

Nationally, inspectors have found that one in four adult care services in England is not safe enough.
The charity, Age UK, says for many families, choosing care is like playing Russian roulette.
