    Quote Message

The victims have been ignored since day one, 1974, by the system. It is going to be a limited hearing and if I was going to by cynical about it, the verdict you will get will be unlawful killing for an atrocity which everyone knows. We are going to take the ruling away and take advice from counsel. Ruling of coroners can be challenged by judicial review in divisional court in London and can be subject to challenge going back to the relevant secretary of state, given this scope ruling would this investigation be better suited by way of statutory inquiry?
