    The Bears were 126 all out in their first innings before bowling the home side out for 161.

    Berkswell bowler Ryan Sidebottom took four Middlesex wickets and said he was pretty happy with his county debut.

  2. Oldbury address raided over Milan 'kidnapping'published at 09:41 British Summer Time 7 August 2017

    A model allegedly kidnapped in Milan where, according to Italian Police, she was attacked by two men, drugged and abducted, has returned to the UK.

    She has been named as Chloe Ayling, 20, who arrived in the city on 11 July.

    According to Italian police, a man who lives in the UK has been arrested on suspicion of kidnapping offences.

    A spokeswoman for West Midlands Police said an address in Sampson Close, Oldbury, had been raided on 18 July in connection with the inquiry.

    Three men have been arrested over a killing in a bar.

    The trio - all aged 19 - are suspected of murdering a 24 year old, named by police this morning as Ryan Passey from Quarry Bank, Brierley Hill.

    West Midlands Police said Mr Passey was attacked in Chicago's in Stourbridge just before 01:00 on Sunday.

    He was, the force said, stabbed in the chest and died in hospital.

  5. Solihull man dies in stabbingpublished at 08:10 British Summer Time 7 August 2017

    A man has died from head and neck injuries after a stabbing in Solihull on Sunday.

    The 20-year-old was found by a passer-by on Haselour Road in Kingshurst just after 10:00 BST.

    He was taken to hospital with serious injuries and died later the same day from his injuries.

    The road was closed on Sunday for forensic investigations but has since been reopened.
