    Two trains between Birmingham and Lichfield have been cancelled this morning because of "poor weather conditions".

    London Midland has tweeted, external to say there is an object on overhead electric wires.

    Other services have been delayed.

    National Rail says it is likely to affect services until at least 07:30.

    There's a yellow warning for wind over the course of breakfast time this morning - strong winds are expected with gusts of 50-60mph likely to cause difficult driving conditions.

    It’ll be a windy start with blustery conditions steadily easing over the course of the day.

    Expect a mixture of bright spells and scattered showers. Highs of17C (63F).

    Police think an attempted abduction of two 10-year-old boys in Walsall Wood is a "one-off incident".

    The West Midlands force says the boys were approached on Lichfield Road on Friday afternoon by a man in a white van who asked them to get in, but the boys got home safely.

    The vehicle had blacked out windows with duct tape covering part of them.

    Police are investigating.
