It's believed Chelsea striker Tammy Abraham is unwilling to commit to a move to Wolves until Fifa can confirm he is eligible to play in the Premier League this season.
He has already played for Chelsea in the Community Shield and under-23 competitions and could be prevented for playing for another Premier League club under Fifa rules, but the clubs are still waiting for clarification from the governing body.
Abraham has scored 16 goals on loan at Aston Villa in the Championship this season and earlier today he turned down a loan move to Wolves.
It's understood he wouldn't want to move if Fifa rules he is unable to play for Wolves until next season.
