  16. CovPress buyout: Who are Liberty House Group?published at 16:42 Greenwich Mean Time 11 January 2017

    Peter Plisner
    BBC Midlands Today

Liberty House Group is an international business, specialising in metals trading and the manufacture and distribution of steel and advanced engineering products and it seems to be expanding rapidly in the West Midlands.

Last year the company bought up some parts of collapsed Caparo business, many of which were based in the Black Country.

Now Liberty's acquired another business out of administration and with it a major advance into the automotive sector.

Bizarrely, CovPress had full order books but suffered cashflow problems.

Liberty House isn't short of money and for the group acquiring CovPress would appear to be the quickest way of growing its capacity at a time when sales in the automotive sector show no sign of slowing down.

  18. Nuneaton Town Club says Saturday's match will go ahead despite blocks at the turnstilespublished at 16:04 Greenwich Mean Time 11 January 2017

Nuneaton Town Football Club say their game on Saturday against Guiseley will go ahead despite turnstiles at its ground being blocked by a number of skips.

Nuneaton Rugby Club say they were responsible for the move because the football club has ignored their call for a ground sharing deal to be implemented.

The rugby club say they're disappointed they`ve been forced to take the step which follows their sale of land to the club in 2006 so the new stadium - now called the Coombe Abbey Arena could be built.

They claim a ground sharing agreement was the basis for that deal but have been unable to get the club to agree.

It`s understood the rugby club also own the land near the stadium where the skips have been placed.

The football club say the decision to allow saturday`s buildbase FA trophy game to go ahead was taken after a meeting of their safety advisory group
