    A man and two women have been charged after a man was stabbed in Nottingham city centre on Thursday.

    The man, aged 19, was stabbed in the stomach after reports of an altercation outside a pub in South Parade, near Market Square, at about 23:00.

    He was treated for injuries not believed to be life-threatening or life-altering at the Queen's Medical Centre and remains in hospital in a stable condition.

    A 24-year-old man has been charged with wounding with intent and possession of a bladed article in a public place.

    He has been remanded in custody and is due to appear at Nottingham Magistrates' Court later today.

    A 21-year-old woman has been charged with affray and assault by beating and a 48-year-old woman has been charged with affray.

    Both women have been released on bail and will appear before magistrates next month.
