"Red and black, won't harm Jack.

Red and yellow can kill a fellow."

His sister Louise, from Bromsgrove, the fact that there was standing on the terraces at Hillsborough was not the reason why 96 people died.

In March 2014, after being retrained at the hospital Mr Nasralla was handcuffed, placed in a spit hood and detained in a police cell where restraints continued to be used, with no solicitor or appropriate adult allowed to visit him.

His father, Paul, says the lack of crash barriers meant Ollie didn't stand a chance.

    Quote Message

Even if it's an innocent blow-out, or if you lose control momentarily for some reason, then you are in a really difficult position, whether you are driving the car or coming in the opposite direction. The installation of crash barriers would eliminate that pretty much 100%."

    Paul Sellers

The BBC has asked Worcestershire County Council for a comment, but they have yet to respond.
