We're hearing the delay to the start of Made In Hull is likely to be about 25 minutes.

As heads only start to clear after the New Year's Eve festivities, it's time for another party as Hull becomes City of Culture 2017.
We've got an afternoon of dramatic projections and art installations to look forward to, followed by a fireworks display aiming to be the most spectacular the city has ever seen.
