    Caroline Brockelbank
    BBC Radio Humberside

There are fears from a local community group in North Lincolnshire that they won't be able to save a pub in their village.

The Brocklesby Hunt in Goxhill is owned by a developer who is giving the community 12 months to raise the market value of the pub.

But the two disagree on how much the pub is worth and now houses could be built on the site.

    Pub

North Lincolnshire Council say they did impose restrictions on the planning application, to allow the community 12 months discuss buying the pub.

But, that didn't mean a sale had to be agreed nor a mechanism for a form of valuation of the property.
