  2. Hull street traders face restrictionspublished at 09:10 British Summer Time 24 April 2017

    Street traders could be stopped from operating in certain areas of Hull in the future, it's emerged.

    The city council is looking at a number of options as part of its public spaces strategy, including the possibility of creating prohibited zones.

    A second option would mean stallholders could trade anywhere as long as they meet certain conditions. 

    Chris Coyle, who runs a fruit and veg stall, says after trade's been hit by many months of disruption in Hull city centre, this could prove one step too far for traders:
