    Hull v Middlesbrough (19:45 BST)

    Phil Neville
Former Manchester United defender on Radio 5 live

Marco Silva has been a breath of fresh air for Hull.

It was very clever of him to only sign a six month contract at this club because where they were in the Premier League, not may people would have given him much hope. Now, I think Hull will survive - I think they will beat Middlesbrough tonight and go on to overtake Palace.

    Hull v Middlesbrough (19:45 BST)

On Saturday Hull City 's half-time switch to a flat back four from a three-man defence inspired them to come from behind to beat West Ham and Marco Silva has stuck with that formation tonight.

Their one change to the starting 11 sees midfielder Kamil Grosicki come in for centre-back Curtis Davies.

Hull XI: Jakupovic, Elmohamady, Ranocchia, Maguire, Robertson, Grosicki, N'Diaye, Clucas, Markovic, Niasse, Hernandez.

Hull City Council has bought land in the area, which will be used as an overflow for the drain during times of high water.

But Councillor Alan Clark has greater ambitions for the area. He hopes the land could be turned into a nature reserve and become a visitor attraction. He's even suggested introducing water buffalo to the area and build a shop selling East Yorkshire mozarella.

No plans have yet been confirmed for the area and the future of the site is under discussion.

It comes after the Enivronment Agency  revealed plans on £36m of flood defences along the River Hull  earlier today.
