Grimsby's Strictly professional dancer Joanne Clifton is performing at the Bridlington Spa.
She started her residency in Bridlington this week, performing in the musical "Flashdance".
It's running at the Bridlington Spa Theatre until Saturday.
Joanne told the BBC's Peter Levy it's been the most energetic thing she's ever done:

A windy, mild and cloudy night is expected.
Conditions should remain dry, although there is the risk of a few spots of rain edging in from the west later.
Hull Trains has seen a dip in bookings since most of their trains broke down after the bad weather two weeks ago.
Currently the company only has one working train, they hope to have another train working by then end of today - but need three trains to run a full service.
The new director of Hull Trains, Louise Cheeseman, apologised to customers and says they're doing everything to get a normal service up and running.
Humberside Police are appealing for help to find missing 36-year-old Stewart Rafferty from Cleethorpes.
He is white, 5ft 9in tall, slim build and with grey hair.
He was last seen wearing a grey coat, black jumper, light brown trousers and dark brown boots with splashes of paint on them.
He may have travelled to the Norfolk area.
Degree students from Hull College say they've had a positive meeting with solicitors.
They've sought legal advice after the college group reduced their face-to-face teaching hours.
They pay thousands of pounds a year in tuition fees.
Last week the college announced 231 full time jobs will go from the 1,200 staff.

A woman from Hull who has been bed-bound for five years is asking for help to walk again.
Sharon Jones suffers with a life-limiting condition called Lupus and can only move her head.
She has told the BBC that having a masseuse or an osteopath to come in and try alternative therapies could help her condition.
The NHS Hull Clinical Commissioning Group says it offers a range of services that can help with muscles, bones and joints and it offers a community rehabilitation service.

Thousands of bodies will be removed from a burial ground that was closed in 1861.

One of North East Lincolnshire's longest-serving councillors and former Mayor Mike Burton has died following a short illness.
He was elected as a member of Immingham Town Council in 1966, had served as the Mayor of Immingham three times and as a borough councillor since 2011.
He took on the role of Mayor of North East Lincolnshire Council in 2012.

Castleford Tigers have signed Hull FC prop Liam Watts for a "significant fee" on a three-year deal.
Watts, 27, helped Hull win back-to-back Challenge Cups in 2016 and 2017.
He is serving a three-match ban for a headbutt in the victory over Warrington on 2 March.

A total of 19,000 bodies need to be exhumed from the Trinity burial ground in Hull before work starts on the Castle Street improvements.
It's the largest exhumation project outside of London.
One hundred and thirty archaeologists a month will be needed to complete the work.

The estimated cost of the Hull Castle Street improvement scheme has risen from £250m to £392m.
Highways England says it intends to begin the work in March 2020 with it being finished by 2025.
They've also announced that work on a new footbridge, which will connect the city with the marina, will begin in October this year and finished by February 2020.
It's hoped the projects will improve access to the Ports and reduce congestion in Hull.
North East Lincolnshire’s GPs are urging patients to make sure they have enough medicine, following reports that more severe weather is expected in the coming days.
Those who have repeat prescription are being advised to pick them up now, while the weather is still mild.
Fresh wind and snow is forecast over the next few days, with temperatures expected to drop.
The North East Lincolnshire Clinical Commissioning Group says it's important that vulnerable and older people stay warm indoors.

Residents on Sigston Road in Beverley want the East Riding of Yorkshire Council to install extra traffic calming.
They say motorists are using the road as a shortcut to avoid the Grovehill junction with its 42 sets of traffic lights.
The council says it has agreed to improve the visibility of the existing traffic calming measures, and will work to raise awareness of road safety.
Tomorrow's Kiplingcotes Derby has been cancelled due to a waterlogged course.
The Kiplingcotes derby is widely accepted as the oldest annual horse race.
Riders took part in the 498th in March last year.
This year two horses will be lead along the course to keep the tradition alive.
