    A man who used hidden cameras to film women in bedrooms and bathrooms has had his bid to reduce his sentence refused.

    Edward Parker was jailed for three years in January after admitting secretly filming victims in Bristol, Nottinghamshire, Sheffield and Hampshire.

    Parker from Cheltenham, who admitted 16 charges including 12 of observing a person doing a private act, had his application refused by the Royal Court of Appeal.
