    It's the annual Leeds West Indian Carnival this weekend.

    The carnival will as usual include a parade featuring dazzling costumes, Caribbean music, stalls and world cuisine.

    The parade will start at Potternewton park on Monday, August 27 at 14:00 and turns left down Harehills Avenue, right onto Harehills Lane and right again down Roundhay Road.

    It will then go right onto Barrack Road, right again onto Chapeltown Road before turning right onto Harehills Avenue and back into Potternewton Park.

    Police have released CCTV images of four men they want to trace after the theft of high-value mobile phones from a Sheffield city centre shop.

    At about 14:30 on Monday, a group of men entered the O2 store on Fargate in the city centre.

    A short time later, they left the store and staff noticed a number of high-value phones had been removed from display stands in the shop.

    Officers believe the four men pictured could hold vital information.

    "You can never have enough wet wipes!

    "Wet wipes are your friend at a festival."

    This weekend Fall Out Boy will play the main stage at Reading and Leeds for the sixth time.

    Eighteen vehicles were seized and eight arrests were made during an operation to tackle anti-social behavior in Bradford over the Eid period.

    Bradford West Neighbourhood Policing Team ran 'Operation Spittlemoor' in in the Great Horton area of the city from 21-23 August.

    Vehicles were seized for for for having no insurance or because police believed they'd been used in a crime.

    The arrests were for a range of offences including breach of bail, drugs offences, assaults and theft of a motor vehicle.

    A boy, who could soon lose his sight, has helped feed the animals at a North Yorkshire resort, ticking off the latest item on his visual bucket list.

    Fred Howe, 8, from Haxby in York, has a rare eye disease called retinal folds meaning his impaired sight could soon deteriorate further.

    His list compiles things he wants to see and do before he loses his sight, including feeding penguins at the Deep aquarium in Hull.

    He's now been to Flamingo Land near Pickering to help clean out and feed the animals.

    Cameras from the scene show a car and van facing the wrong way on the M1 northbound at junction 31 for Aston.

    Debris is across all four lanes of the carriageway.

    Highways England are reminding people not to drive in lanes with a red cross above them.

    Traffic is quickly building around the crash site.

    A shotgun was fired at a house in Leeds last night, police have confirmed.

    It damaged the glass of a front door of a house in Balm Place, Holbeck.

    The occupants have since been removed to a safe location.

    The house has been cordoned off by police.
