1. Mild-mannered Martin?: Civil servant 'rings' the changespublished at 14:41 British Summer Time 30 August 2018

    Andrew Barton
    BBC Local Live, Yorkshire

He's not quite Clark Kent, but a Yorkshire civil servant is leading a double life - wearing a suit by day and little more than trunks or tights by night.

During daylight hours, Martin Kirby, from Thirsk, works for Defra, organising payments for farmers.

But by night, his alter ego strips down and leaps from the ropes onto the canvas of the wrestling ring.

His nocturnal grapplings have made him one of the stars of ITV's World of Sport wrestling series.

But unlike most wrestlers, when it comes to having a fancy name, Martin's on the ropes. After all, he's simply known as Martin Kirby.

I'm sure we can do better than that, so I thought I'd "canvas" opinion. He seems quite gentlemanly so Mild-Mannered Martin perhaps..? Suggestions here please.
