"Maisie won't eat out now, she has got such a fear of food. She will only eat what I prepare at home."

The former owners of the golf course, Dixfield LLP, were ordered to pay £7295.75 in fines and costs at Hull Crown Court yesterday, after admitting breaching food safety regulations.

The venue was sold to new owners in April 2017.
