I'm at the scene of a crash between Sheffield's new tram-train and a lorry, on its first day of service in the city.
The crash derailed the tram-train, and I understand that it was operating on tram line not a rail line.
I am told Sheffield's tram network has higher than average number of collisions.
This is due to large sections of street running and crossings.
The crash happened at Staniforth Road and passengers say it was travelling at around 20mph.
