Over 71,000 Sheffield homes had delayed bin collections following a recent bin workers' strike in the city.
Over 100 bin collectors took part in a protest march and rally in November after voting for industrial action following a below-inflation pay offer from waste management contractor Veolia.
It led to 71,211 delayed collections out of a total 485,441 scheduled black bin and recycling collections.
Veolia drafted in workers from an agency to help with collections, but several areas in Sheffield, including Ranmoor and Walkley, saw delays.
Councillor Paul Wood said: "None of these properties were missed as all of them were serviced within a few days of when they should have been."
The industrial action lasted from November 8 to 17.
The GMB union said refuse workers had voted to strike after Veolia management "broke the bank" to bring in agency staff in an attempt, the union said, to undermine their industrial action.
Veolia has assured residents the waste and recycling collection services will operate as normal following the suspension of further industrial action.
It apologised for any inconvenience caused by the delays in collection.

The area of pavement near the Memorial Hall in Haxby was replaced on Thursday, but Lydia Harrison only realised after stepping out into it from her car.
"The signs were small, the pavement was not cordoned off," she said, adding she then realised others had done the same.
Mrs Harrison, from nearby Huntington, said: "The thing with tar is that you can't tell if it's wet or dry.
"I don't understand why they would do this in a busy village such as Haxby.
"They should have done it overnight with steamrollers rather than leaving it to dry."
Elly Webb took a photo of the pavement outside The Red Lion pub, which appeared to show pushchair tracks in the wet pavement.
She said: "There are actually a few signs and some red and white tape near the bank," but added the issue was more for "the people trying to get into their homes, the pub and the cafe."
Haxby Town Council has been approached for comment.

After two years of redevelopment, the former House of Fraser building in Hull city centre has reopened as an artisan food hall and entertainment space.
Hammonds of Hull, known has HoH, has created over 200 local jobs and features more than 12 independent food and drink locations.
The 30,000 sq ft (2,790 sq m) industrial space, confined to the ground floor, is also home to live music and a vinyl record shop.
Jeremy Seymour, the agent acting on behalf of the investors, says: "We're hoping to bring in a thousand people to the building every single day and make it a real destination for the city.
"This is only the start for us here in the city, we need to find our feet, create more partnerships and we'll continue to develop our offer and expand into other parts of the building."
The BBC has been told the building has undergone a multimillion-pound investment as part of the first phase and plans are already being drawn up to revamp other floors in the building.
