A giant inflatable rat has been installed outside the steelworks in Scunthorpe as workers continue demonstrations in a long-running row over pay and working conditions.
The action, being taken by scaffolders employed by contractor Actavo (UK) Limited, has been taking place for 11 weeks and has caused delays for motorists on the A18 Mortal Ash Hill in recent days.
The Unite union members returned to the picket line this morning claiming their pay breaks a national agreement and isn't in line with others at the site.
One protestor told BBC Radio Humberside: "This is one of the most dangerous jobs in the UK, it's not easy, we don't want to be on strike and we want to go back to work."
Actavo UK has previously said it "regrets" the dispute.

Birds at the East Yorkshire site will now be culled and a 1.8 mile (3km) protection zone in the area is now in force.
Officials say the risk to human health is low but infected birds should not be touched.
This latest outbreak brings the total number in England to 45.

A single mother of five has been left devastated after her "dream restaurant" was wrecked during a break-in.
Muna Al Maflehi (pictured above) and her children had spent weeks renovating Yemen Heaven in York after her previous restaurant was forced to close due to the pandemic.
Toilets were destroyed, paint smeared over the walls, mirrors smashed and thousands of pounds worth of equipment and tools stolen in the raid.
Ms Al Maflehi, 48, said: "It was my dream to open the restaurant and feed the people of York.
"I'm really, really sad. I can't believe someone could be so cruel. I have no idea why they would do this."
Ms Al Maflehi moved to York in 2018, having left Yemen in 2016, and set up her restaurant two years later.
It was forced to close during the pandemic but she set about opening a new one, Yemen Heaven, and had been working on renovating the new premises in the former Spread Eagle Inn in Walmgate.
She added: "It's a struggle for me financially so that's why I wanted to do the business to give my children the best life."

Read MorePlans for thousands of Tesco distribution centre workers to strike in a row over pay have been suspended, the Usdaw union has announced.
More than 5,000 Usdaw members, employed as drivers and warehouse workers, had planned to take industrial action the week before Christmas after rejecting a 4% pay increase.
The potential walkout at nine sites, including Goole, had led to concerns there could be disruption to supplies on supermarket shelves.
The workers will now be balloted on the new deal, which the union is recommending they accept.
Joanne McGuinness, Usdaw National Officer, said: "After the overwhelming vote in favour of industrial action, Tesco reopened pay negotiations and achieved a significantly improved offer.
"This is a clear demonstration of what can be achieved when we collectively stand together."
The owner discovered the damage after a break-in at her York restaurant.
