Star Hobson (pictured above), suffered a cardiac arrest and died in a hospital in West Yorkshire on 22 September 2020.
Savannah Brockhill (pictured below, right), 28, inflicted "catastrophic" injuries upon the toddler, Bradford Crown Court heard.
Jurors convicted Star's mother, Frankie Smith (pictured below, left), of causing or allowing the child's death.
Smith was cleared of an alternative manslaughter charge.
The jury in the seven-week trial heard that the infant, from Keighley, died from "utterly catastrophic injuries" and had been either punched, kicked or stamped on in the weeks and months before her death.
Prosecutor Alistair MacDonald QC said Star had "suffered a number of significant injuries at different times", including fractures to the back of the head and right shin, with the latter "caused by forceful twisting".
The pair, both of whom had denied the charges, are due to be sentenced on Wednesday.

Regular passengers should now be paying less for bus journeys in West Yorkshire, according to operator First Bus.
The company has introduced a new "tap on, tap off" (TOTO) payment system saying it will mean people who use the bus every day will see the amount they’re charged decrease over the course of a week.
First Bus believes its new pricing creates a simpler choice of tickets, and also aims to encourage people to use buses more often, as work and leisure patterns continue to change as a result of the pandemic.
The so-called TOTO system uses contactless bank cards to charge for a single journey, but customers who make several bus trips each day on First will pay a maximum £5.20 on the first day.
That charge will then keep reducing the more they travel during a week.
Martin Hirst, from First West Yorkshire, said: “This is a fundamental change to our fares which brings benefits to the hundreds of thousands of people who travel with us across West Yorkshire every week.
“Our customers want a more personalised approach, with a cost related to paying for what they use, and a pricing system designed around their journey not operational processes, which has been the traditional approach to fares planning.”

Responding to government plans to accelerate the Covid booster programme will be an "incredible challenge", a West Yorkshire GP has said.
A new target has been set to offer boosters to all adults who want one by the end of December. The deadline was previously the end of January.
Keighley GP Dr Matt Curtis said: "Something will have to give.
"If we increase further the booster programme we have to stop doing something else and that's going to be very difficult."
Dr Curtis said if medical appointments are postponed to focus on boosters it could potentially spill over into the hospital sectors of the health service.
He added: "We've already ramped up our capacity in light of the ask which went out a couple of weeks ago, so we're struggling to think where can the extra capacity come from and are beginning to think 'well how are we going to do this.'
"We think we can and it's fantastic people are coming forward to be vaccinated."
