An increasing number of children are sending explicit pictures to each other on phones or on social media.

It comes after a BBC Radio Lincolnshire investigation discovered the number of children committing sex crimes rose from 17 in 2011 to 130 in 2015.

The National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (NSPCC) campaigns manager Ally Sultana says talking to your children about the awkward topic is "vital".

    Quote Message

It's really important that we give children and young people the information they need because if we don't they'll go away and find it on the internet where it's easily accessible and not always accurate."

    Ally Sultana, Campaigns Manager NSPCC

I'm presenting a special programme on the topic called "Our Lost Innocence" on BBC Radio Lincolnshire at 18:00 this evening, it'll be available on the iPlayer shortly afterwards.

Dr Daubney (pictured above) says the tin was found by an enthusiast near Wellingore, which was a camp for former Ukranian and German prisoners of war in the 1940s.

Dr Daubney says the inscription on the tin (below) seems to suggest that the tin belonged to a POW called Max Pawlik who was born in 1919.

Researchers have been stumped but think Max may have been from New Obra in Western Poland.

Do you recognise the name? Can you help?

Agencies including the Citizens Advice Bureau, The Nomad Trust and Lincolnshire Police shared the research at a summit trying to tackle growing concerns about begging in Lincoln.

  17. Inquest told concrete slab fell on manpublished at 16:52 British Summer Time 7 August 2017

    Jake Zuckerman
    BBC Look North

An inquest has heard how a concrete slab weighing more than a tonne fell on a man and killed him.

Keith Greatrix, 64, from Sleaford suffered multiple injuries to his legs, back and pelvis, paramedics were unable to resuscitate him.

In August last year, he was working at Boiling Wells farm in South Rauceby where he was converting an old tractor shed into a stable for horses.

The walls of the stable were made of pre-cast concrete slabs, each of which weighed more than a tonne.

Mr Greatrix (pictured below) was checking the position of one of the slabs, which was unsecured, when it fell on top of him.

The owner of the farm, David Bellamy, was helping Mr Greatrix lift the slabs into place.

Today he told an inquest; "There isn't a day that goes by when I don't think about the accident and I continue to have nightmares".

A health and safety investigation found the lifting operation was poorly planned and carried out, however it was likely that this in itself did not cause the incident.

The inquest at Lincoln Cathedral Centre continues.

Roadworks mean there's no through route on Monks Road.

But some businesses on the road say that the signs notifying people about the roadworks are putting customers off.
