Static caravan owners on the East Coast say they are being ripped off by holiday park managers who charge them thousands of pounds in commission when they sell their properties.
Image source, Getty ImagesAnyone who sells a static caravan is required by law to pay a fee, to the site owner, which can be as much as 15% of the sale value.
Karyl Collins wants to sell the caravan she bought in East Yorkshire three years ago and feels she's being ripped off:

The National Caravan Council says the rate of commission on the resale of a holiday home is agreed by the parties when the agreement is signed, and this term is clear and prominent in the documentation.

Cyclists in Lincoln are calling on the council to do more to keep cycle paths clear.
In recent weeks some routes have become nearly impassable - because of overgrown verges.
This was the route from Lincoln to Saxilby:
Volunteers ended up clearing the tracks themselves.
Ian Callaghan, who helped clear the track, says it's important to do it to get more people on their bikes.
The county council, which own part of the route, says they were due to cut it back soon anyway, because of its popularity with cyclists.

Police in Scunthorpe are looking for a white van, after a man in the back grabbed a school girl's bag, external.
Officers say they don't know if the three men in the van were trying to steal the girl's bag or if there was another motive.
Image source, GoogleThe incident happened in Merlin Road close to Bridges Road at around 08:00 this morning when the van passed the girls a couple of times then stopped.
The girls ran off to school, where the van was later spotted.
The van is described as a dirty white Ford Transit style van with a red triangle and black flames with the word 'warning' on the back right hand door.
Police are appealing for information.

Ten staff at the Grimsby store will lose their jobs.
A search is continuing to find a buyer for the chain which has other stores in Hull, Goole and Scunthorpe.

It'll be between the South Kesteven offices and the new cinema on St Peter's Hill.

More now on the crash on the Isle of Man that's seriously injured a Lincolnshire motorcycle racer and killed another rider.
Ivan Lintin is in a critical condition in hospital following the incident in the Southern 100 road race.

Police are trying to find a 15 year-old from Cleethorpes, external who hasn't been seen since last Friday.

Police say they've received reports he's been seen around town, but there's concern for his safety.
He was wearing a black Nike tracksuit and riding a black and red mountain bike.

BBC NewsA cyclist who was thrown from her bike on a pothole-filled road is unlikely to wake up from her coma, her family has said.
Carolyn Dumbleton, from Lincoln, was taken to hospital by air ambulance from Willersley Lane in Cromford, on 8 July.
It is understood the crash happened after she hit a manhole cover in a pothole.
Her daughter, Sammy, said she has not responded to treatment.

The 72-year-old spent eight hours in hospital in Derby after his crash, and revisited the scene with his family after suffering flashbacks.
Darren said the road had been in a poor condition and "needed fixing".
Derbyshire County Council, which resurfaced the road on Thursday, said it is "sorry to hear about this accident" and is "in discussion with the police about the circumstances".
A spokesman said an inspection in February found "no damage" to the road, and after a member of the public raised concerns in May repairs had been scheduled for "later in the summer".

Lincolnshire Police say a drone helped them uncover a large cannabis growing operation in Lincoln.
Two people have been arrested following a raid at the property at around 09:30 yesterday morning.

Grimsby Town midfielder Elliott Whitehouse is understood to have suffered a serious knee injury in pre-season training.
Image source, RexInitial scans have revealed an ACL (anterior cruciate ligament) injury, and the club is understood to be seeking a second medical opinion, amid fears that Whitehouse could be sidelined for the whole of the upcoming season.
The news would be a blow to boss Michael Jolley, who signed the 24-year-old from league two rivals Lincoln City on a two-year deal last month.
