A man has been arrested on suspicion of murder after a woman was found dead at a property in Gloucester.
The woman, who was in her 20s, was found at an address in Hopewell Street at about 08:25 GMT on Thursday.
Gloucestershire Police said it is treating the death as suspicious. The woman has not yet been formally identified.
A 26-year-old man from London remains in police custody while inquiries continue.

She was dropped off at Witley Railway station at around 10:00 GMT that day and was expected to catch a train to either Guildford or London, but has not been seen since.
Dorota, 37, is described as white, 5ft 7in, skinny with medium blonde shoulder length hair and glasses.
She speaks with a slight Polish accent. The photograph of her wearing a hat is believed to show the clothes she was wearing when she went missing.
She is known to have links to Acton in London, as well as the Godalming and Guildford areas.
There is also suggestion she may have travelled to Tunbridge Wells or the Sussex coast.
