A farm shop, coffee shop and butcher’s as well as "lots of units", caravan storage and motor homes are shut at Glebe Farm in Astbury, near Congleton in Cheshire.
Owner Lesley Lomas said the water was up to her "husband's thighs" and she was "absolutely gutted".
"We've built the business up over the last 10 years. [It's been] doing alright. We've got to clean it all out and start all over again," she said.
Heavy rain has caused flooding in parts of Cheshire and Stoke-on-Trent.
"We're just in a little village in Cheshire. My husband has lived here for 50 years and has never seen anything like this," she said.

Stockport Council reopened the road on Tuesday after pumps failed during heavy rain earlier in the week, leaving a long section of the road under water.

Commuters were facing long delays to train journeys this morning after heavy rain overnight caused flooding and landslips in the North West.
Network Rail said replacement buses would run between Chester and Crewe after a landslip in Cheshire closed the line.

Today she's arrived in Barrow to share her story and encourage more people to pick up rubbish.
