A "brutal and manipulative" man has been jailed for stalking his wife.
Ion Raduca, 34, also threatened to kill her and sexually assault the daughter of his wife's friend who refused to reveal his wife's location, Exeter Crown Court heard.
Judge Paul Cook sentenced Raduca, originally from Romania, who gave his address as Deepdale, Lancashire, to four-and-a-half years in jail after he pleaded guilty to one count of stalking.
He was arrested in a car park in Exeter in February after his wife called police.

The Committee on Climate Change (CCC) said 30,000 hectares (116 sq miles) of new trees are needed per year until 2050, if other targets to cut carbon are not met.
About 15 million trees have been planted in England between 2010 and 2018 - with more than a quarter in rural areas like Northumberland, Stratford-upon-Avon, Eden, Carlisle and County Durham.
Defra said a number of places had received no government funding - including Liverpool, Bristol, Croydon and Leicester - with "little land available for planting"
The government said it planned to "rapidly grow forest cover".
