Norwch Ciry council has issued new licences to four lapdancing clubs in the city.

The three clubs on Prince of Wales road and one on Dove Street will be allowed to operate for another year.

But the city's licensing committe is going to look at whether there should be a cap on the number of sex clubs iafter the Greens expressed concern that too many could show Norwich in the wromg light.

Green Councillor Lesley Graham told Radio Norfolk that without a cap the council was sending the message "come and have your stag party here, come here and get plastered and aroused"

Reoresentatives of the industry told the council meeting that lapdancing clubs were well policed and "good neighbours"
