A planning inquiry in Craven Arms has been moved to a bigger venue to accommodate the 90 people who've turned up.
The hearing, which could last up to four days, is into whether Shropshire Council was right to refuse an outline application for new homes at Foldgate Lane, near Ludlow.
The council says it'll robustly defend its decision.
