The final touches are being made to a statue that the Queen will unveil in Newmarket this morning.
The statue of the Queen and a horse and mare is on the green of Birdgate Walk, at the entrance to the Rowley Mile racecourse.
It's taken two years to plan, about nine months to sculpt and four months to cast.
The reason there are blow torches on it is because it's been in place for a few weeks, but undercover. This has meant moisture has built up underneath, and the heat from the torches draws it out.
Once this is completed, it will be polished up and will be all ready for the Queen, who is due to arrive at about 11:00.
