There are still problems on the railways after a train broke down on the Norwich to London line.
The 06:00 service from Norwich to Liverpool Street came to a halt just before Ingatestone due to an "unknown brake fault".
Services running through Shenfield and Chelmsford may be cancelled or delayed by up to 40 minutes.
A rescue train is assisting the broken down service, but disruption is expected until midday.

Mark Horsfield is stuck on the train which has broken down.
"I caught the 06:44 from Ipswich all was going well and then it just ground to a very sudden halt," he told BBC Suffolk just after 09:00.
"I'm not in London where I should have been at 07:50, I'm still stuck on the train, we haven't moved.
"There's the usual confusion, lots of apologies - but we don't want an apology, we want to know when we're going to get to where we need to be."
Mr Horsfield believed the train had come to a halt due a malfunction.
"They've said the train can only move in one direction, which is northbound, so they're proposing to go back to Chelmsford and we would have to continue our journey from there.
"I've been commuting for 20 years, things can go wrong and when they do it's a real test of ability.
"I've experienced a few issues while commuting, but this is a particularly bad one.
"We keep being told the rise in fares is being invested back in the railway, but I'm talking to you from a carriage I travelled on about 30 years ago - so where is that investment?"
