This week Balvinder and her partner Julian did the Paso Doble to Diablo Rojo by Rodrigo y Gabriela.
Meanwhile, Chris and Nadiya did the Salsa to Maria by Ricky Martin.
After performing their dances from Saturday's show again, it came down to the judges.
They chose to save Balvinder, meaning that Chris became the third contestant this year to be eliminated.

Chris and Nadiya received a score of 24 for their Salsa on Saturday, which put them second from bottom on the leader board.
However, the judges did say how much Chris had improved during this series.
Shirley Ballas said his "lifts were champion level", and Anton Du Beke said it was Chris' "best dance so far".
Chris said: "For me, coming onto this journey, I had no confidence. To be told I had world class qualities on the dancefloor, even though we're home, that's amazing to hear so thank you very much. It's given me such confidence."
What did you think of this week's dances? Which ones were your favourite? Do you think the judges made the right decision? Let us know in the comments.
