The Wales legend is one of the best kickers in the world and he says:

- Practice is the key to getting better at goal kicking.

- When you're placing the ball down, make sure the seam on the ball is pointing towards the target where you want the ball to go.

- Have a plan for your kicking technique, i.e. how many steps you take back when you're doing your run up.
