Josh Allen has had an incredible season, doing almost everything on the field, but the one thing he can't do though is beat Patrick Mahomes in the play-offs - yet!

Allen is MVP favourite, but Mahomes won more games in the regular season, and crucially knows how to win this big game.

Could this finally be the year Allen gets over the hump?

This is the fourth time in five years that Buffalo have faced Kansas City in the play-offs - and the Chiefs won all of the previous three.

The best of those games was the overtime thriller three years ago, while the Bills' defeat last year had echoes of 1991 as Tyler Bass' late kick went 'wide right', just like Scott Norwood's in their first Super Bowl defeat.

Now that one really should've been intercepted as Josh Allen looks a little jittery back there and flings a dangerous pass into double coverage is a very, very lucky man not to have been intercepted here.

Josh Allen has been so accurate all season but he should've been intercepted there by Bryan Cook who saw the ball hit him right between his hands but couldn't hold on.

Even if Kansas City make it to Super Bowl 59, Buffalo will still hold the record for most consecutive Super Bowl appearances.

However, the Bills lost all four - and they haven't made it back since.

And the AFC Championship kicks off in Kansas City with Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills on the ball.

Saquon Barkley's breakaway speed is what makes the Eagles offence tick. When he gets on the perimeter he is so dangerous and he understood it was on him. He just had to keep on rolling. He gets faster as the game goes on. A lot of fast guys slow down but not Barkley.

I'm not going to lie, I tried to downplay it in my head, but it's amazing. We're here, Super Bowl. The goal wasn't just getting here, it was to win.

We knew it was going to take a team effort. I want to give a shout-out to Will Shipley [Eagles running back], he came in and finished strong. The team came out and made big, big plays, got the job done. That's how you get to a Super Bowl.

I've always dreamed of getting to it [Super Bowl], but the dream was winning it.

Two big takeaways from the game - turnovers firstly proved to be huge as the Commanders gave the ball away four times while the Eagles played a clean game.

But offensively it was all anbout that Philadelphia running back, starting with Saquon Barkley busting off that 60-yard touchdown run from the very first play!

Barkley had 118 yards and three touchdowns, Jalen Hurts ran in a hat-trick of rushing scores and the team overall ran for 229 yards and seven TDs on the ground.

Stop that if you can!

Congratulations to the Philadelphia Eagles who make the Super Bowl for the fifth time in their history and second in three years. They've only won one of the previous four but after such a dominant victory here they'll be tough to stop in New Orleans.

The fact Barkley is sat on the sidelines in the fourth quarter of the NFC Championship game shows you how much they're in charge of this game.

And what an interception as well by rookie Quinyon Mitchell as well as he climbs highest in the end zone to pinch the ball from Jayden Daniels' desperate heave to try and find a touchdown.

Mitchell is one of a number of brilliant draft picks by Philadelphia as the first rounder is nominated for defensive rookie of the year after a excellent season.
