  1. Gibbs stuffed - Packers take overpublished at 20:01 GMT 27 November

Green Bay Packers 17-14 Detroit Lions

Just like your Thanksgiving turkey, Jahmyr Gibbs gets stuffed here, not once but twice, as Detroit go for it on fourth down but can't get anywhere near the three yards needed and turn the ball over own downs.

The Lions love to go for it on fourth down, but you have to question running for it just a play after Gibbs was dropped for a one-yard loss - maybe give it to Jared Goff?

    Tom Brady
Seven-time Super Bowl winner on FOX

On Detroit adjusting to loss of Amon-Ra St Brown: "It's going to take you a bit of time, you've got to switch guys around but Jameson Williams has come alive and they're going to need that running game in the second half from David Montgomeny and Jahmyr Gibbs to pick up some of that slack too."

Williams had three catches for 69 yards in the first half, including a catch and run for the Lions' second touchdown (below).

Former Raiders defensive end Howie Long on Fox: "Signing Micah Parsons continues to pay dividends. His impact is everywhere. It was an amazing first-half performance from him."

The Packers' defensive end has registered 0.5 sacks and 2 quarterback hits so far, and generally been a proper nuisance for Lions quarterback Jared Goff.

Still no news on Amon-Ra St Brown. This is how important he is to the Lions - only three men have had more receiving yards so far this season.

Will the half-time interval give him enough time to recover and get back out there in the third quarter?

  10. Who's won this game most often on Thanksgiving?published at 19:35 GMT 27 November

This is the 23rd Thanksgiving game between divisional rivals Detroit and Green Bay, making it the most-played match-up on the holiday.

Given the Lions have hosted all of those games, it's no surprise to hear they edge the head-to-head record with 12 wins, while the Packers have won nine.

Actor Tim Allen is in the house to cheer on his beloved Lions.

Of course Eminem also hails from Detroit and he and his manager Paul Rosenberg have signed a multi-year deal with the Lions to produce their Thanksgiving half-time show.

They've tasked another Detroit musician, Jack White, with doing the honours this year.

Cowboys fans Post Malone will then be performing the half-time show in Dallas later.

It was largely all Green Bay in that first half, but Detroit have fought their way back into things, and an entertaining second quarter saw four straight touchdowns scored as these NFC North rivals went toe-to-toe.

Jordan Love has thrown for 118 yards and two touchdowns, both on fourth down, while Jared Goff has 103 yards after a slow start and the one touchdown.

Importantly, Goff has made some big completions against a Packers defence that had him on the run early on - so very much all to play for in the second half.

Green Bay Packers 17-14 Detroit Lions

We've just seen the touchdown again and I'm still not sure how Jameson Williams escaped. Possibly a case of too many cooks for the Packers defence, who will be fuming to have allowed that touchdown right on the stroke of half-time.

Jameson Williams! How has he scored from there? It's just a quick screen pass that Green Bay read and there's a tackle immediately, but Williams rides it, then heads into a crowd where surely he'll be tackled this time.

But no, he escapes from a blind alley somehow and then scoots away high stepping into the end zone for a 22-yard touchdown catch and run.

    Amazing.

Jameson Williams takes a great catch on the run across the field, and even when stumbling he's too fast for the defenders as he dives to the ground for a 25-yard gain and inside the Packers 30.

    He's a flying machine!

Can they get a score before half-time?

Romeo Doubs with a quick out to the left and Jordan Love finds him for a second touchdown of the game for Green Bay - both on fourth down!

A fifth touchdown of the year for Doubs and his second catch of the game, which completes a stunning 70-yard drive from Love with some brilliant throws - ones to Dontayvion Wicks and Luke Musgrave especially stood out.

Love eas really dealing on that drive.
