As a percentage, I can't go higher than a one-in-three chance. The conditions are really tough.

What they can't have is a sack. Or a fumble.

Everything has to be nice, short and snappy - and to try to get it to the sidelines.

I wouldn't rule out running plays the rest of the way as it's the safest way to travel.

You think the Rams aren't ready for this? Matthew Stafford with that arm of his and Sean McVay with that big old play sheet. This is what it's all about, the jeaopardy is real.

  3. Two-minute warningpublished at 23:03 Greenwich Mean Time 19 January

Los Angeles Rams 22-28 Philadelphia Eagles

Cooper Kupp takes a low catch for a first down as we hit the two-minute warning.

LA have the ball on their own 31, two minutes left, no time outs and Matthew Stafford on the ball, with all that experience and all those fourth-quarter comebacks.

Can he do it? Let's have a quick thumbs vote....

That's a really bad play by the punt returner - you've got to make that catch in that situation!

  5. Eagles punt!published at 23:01 Greenwich Mean Time 19 January

Los Angeles Rams 22-28 Philadelphia Eagles

Facing a third-and-19 play the Eagles just run it more in hope than expectation and Philly are forced to kick it away.

The kick returner wants none of that ball in the snow though so dives out of the way and that costs the Rams about 12 yards as they get the bakk just inside their own 20.

  6. Sack!published at 22:59 Greenwich Mean Time 19 January

Los Angeles Rams 22-28 Philadelphia Eagles

Awful play for the Eagles as Jalen Hurts fakes the hand-off but hasn't got the wheels now to get into position to do anything and big Kobie Turner is on him like a flash to bring him down for a loss of 12 yards.

Here's the ball game then, Philly will be taking their time, handing it off safely to Saquon Barkley and just banking on him to get the first down or two that will ice this game.

The Rams need a stop or it's all over.

It's a good route, Parkinson uses that big powerful body to get inside.

That was the code breaker (hurry up offense). Maybe if the Rams had gone to it sooner...

  9. touchdown

Touchdown - Rams!published at 22:56 Greenwich Mean Time 19 January

Los Angeles Rams 22-28 Philadelphia Eagles

There it is! That looked all too easy after the Rams had struggled all game - with Colby Parkinson taking a nice leaping catch in the middle of the end zone for a four-yard Matthew Stafford touchdown pass.

As soon as LA upped the tempo that just eased the pressure from Philly's pass rush that had been dominant. If this doesn't work out for the Rams then Sean McVay may kick himself for not going hurry-up a bit sooner.

  10. Staffors surgingpublished at 22:53 Greenwich Mean Time 19 January

Los Angeles Rams 15-28 Philadelphia Eagles

Matthew Stafford getting some good success now in the hurry-up offence - that's the best way to slow down a dominant pass rush and strange it's taken this long to impliment it.

The Rams have made it deep into Eagles territory.

  11. On brink of historypublished at 22:52 Greenwich Mean Time 19 January

    Incredible.

So far tonight, Saquon Barkley has 196 yards on the ground and only eight men ever in play-off history have got 200+ yards.

It's not many. He's four yards away now so they have to give him it.

  12. touchdown

Touchdown - Eagles!published at 22:47 Greenwich Mean Time 19 January

Los Angeles Rams 15-28 Philadelphia Eagles

Do I really have to tell you who scored it? Saquon Barkley with yet another huge touchdown run - 78 yards this time for what could well be the play that seals it.

Again the big men up front do their job and clear the path and all he needs is a sniff of a chance and his amazing speed does the rest - sprinting away travelling almost as fast in the snow as Lindsey Vonn.

    Talk about downhill running....

  13. Rams puntpublished at 22:44 Greenwich Mean Time 19 January

LA kick it away - not the best one either as it goes out of bounds at the 23 when the Rams would've liked to have Philly back inside their own 10 ideally.

Just under five minutes left on the clock so the Eagles will want to try and just keep moving the chains here and eat up some time to see this game out.

It's been some struggle this second half.

  14. Sack!published at 22:42 Greenwich Mean Time 19 January

Los Angeles Rams 15-22 Philadelphia Eagles

Matthew Stafford fakes the hand-off, but as he steps forward to throw he's met by Moro Ojomo and it's not a warm welcome as Stafford gets dropped again.

Not a great start when you need a touchdown in the snow...

Don't forget that after this we've got possibly the game of the season between Baltimore Ravens and Buffalo Bills.

In the lead-up, Bills head coach Sean McDermott described it as "the game everyone has been waiting for".

So if you're thinking about going to bed at this end of this snow battle, don't.

  16. 'Turnovers are everything'published at 22:41 Greenwich Mean Time 19 January

It’s really tough to move the ball. The Rams will have some tough calls on fourth down.

Turnovers are everything. You can’t hang onto the ball in the post-season. The Eagles aren’t squirting the ball out - but the Rams are.

They are very lucky to have held the Eagles to two field goals on these drives.

You put Zack Baun behind a big defensive line - why? Becuase he's got great instincts. He can see things open up, see these holes.

He's been balling all season long.

  19. field goal

Philadelphia get just enough yardage to give Jake Elliott a shot at a 37-yard field goal, which instantly means players rush to the spot where he'll make the kick to clear the snow for their kicker.

And it does the trick as Elliott converts again to stretch the lead to seven.

  20. Snow joke out there!published at 22:37 Greenwich Mean Time 19 January

It's so tough out there now on this snowy field - yards are so hard to come by and both teams are really struggling to get anything going. Ball security is deciding this game at the moment with those two turnovers by the Rams looking like they may prove to be the difference.
