In the usual parlance of this stadium, the flaring of tempers that brought multiple flags would be termed "a bit of a schemozzle".

  2. Ticking clockpublished at 17:14 BST 28 September

    Minnesota Vikings 14-24 Pittsburgh Steelers

Rodgers will want to bleed the clock now to just stifle any Vikings revival. We've under six minutes to play now. Pittsburgh have advanced to the Minnesota 41 and shouldn't be in any hurry.

Carson Wentz may be a journeyman and he may be banged up right now. But he's also very experienced, as the Minnesota quarterback showed by keeping his head to lead the Vikings to a touchdown there.

The two-point conversion makes it a 10-point game and keeps this game alive.

After all, the Vikings did pull off a superb fightback in their win over Chicago in week one.

  4. touchdown

Wentz, on the run, finds Zavier Scott, who does superbly to just stay in bounds at the back of the endzone under pressure. That's a fine TD and the first of his NFL career.

The Vikings' two-point conversion attempt is good - Jalen Nailor with a similar reception.

There's a bit of fight in Minnesota yet!

    Minnesota Vikings 6-24 Pittsburgh Steelers

We noted at the start of our coverage that the Vikings were 4-0 in their international matches...looks like that unbeaten run is coming to an end.

Terrible Towels much in evidence right now - not so many Helga helmets.

The Vikings have a few injuries and unavailabilities in the offensive line and, against this defensive line, they cannot stop them from getting to Carson Wentz.

The end of Q3 - the Steelers are up by 15 and we're getting treated to a singalong to the Cranberries' 'Zombie' from the tannoy.

The Croke Park crowd are enjoying it, belting it out with gusto.

Bon Jovi is blaring out at Croke Park and the Steelers' fans sing 'we're halfway there'. I'd say they're now a lot closer than that to getting the 'W'.

I saw some Irish dancers incorporate a Terrible Towel into their routine last night. Can only imagine what scenes there will be across the city later.
