  3. Postpublished at 14:03 British Summer Time 30 June

    Durham 127-5 v Worcs

Ben Stokes is moving through the gears now - not quite Bazball mode yet, but definitely an acceleration on a green wicket.

He steps down the wicket in attack mode and spanks Tom Taylor through the covers for his seventh boundary and third in two overs to go to 35.

An expensive over, which also had four leg byes, costs 11 runs.

  4. Postpublished at 14:02 British Summer Time 30 June

    Somerset v Warwickshire 114-4

Ed Barnard tries to force Migael Pretorius away on the back foot but that's an immaculate line and length and only one run comes from the over.

Will Rhodes will face Josh Davey on 49.

  5. 'A lovely bit of bowling from Stone'published at 14:01 British Summer Time 30 June

    Lancashire 67-2 v Notts

    Dave Bracegirdle
    BBC Radio Nottingham commentator

There'll be a lot of disappointment from Josh Bohannon. He's gone for 25.

It was a really good delivery from Olly Stone. It just angled back into him and brushed the outside edge.

What a lovely bit of bowling that was.

  6. Stokes on the chargepublished at 13:58 British Summer Time 30 June

    Durham 123-5 v Worcs

Ben Stokes has seen enough and comes down the wicket to the third ball of Ben Allison's seventh over, flicking it away third man for a one-bounce four.

Two balls later he's down the wicket again and drags Allison leg side for his second boundary of the over.

He moves to 29 - his highest score of the season.

Burns has one hand off the bat to Snater as he is surprised by the bounce and jabs the ball safely into the off side.

No wickets for Essex yet but they've had the better of this early phase of play.

Eathan Bosch will replace Jamie Porter at the other end.

WICKET Bohannon c Clarke b Stone 25published at 13:56 British Summer Time 30 June

    Lancashire 67-2 v Notts

Josh Bohannon gets a lifter from Olly Stone but his edge is put down by Joe Clarke with the gloves. That was a regulation chance.

    How costly will that be?

Not at all! The very next ball, Stone is on the money and Bohannon twitchily edges it behind again and Clarke is the happiest man on the field.

No mistake and no runs added after that drop.

Shane Snater has an LBW shout against Dom Sibley but that's outside the line of off stump.

Sibley tries to leave the last ball, which jags into the bottom of the bat and lands safely in front of him.

    Maiden over.

  13. Scare for Stokespublished at 13:45 British Summer Time 30 June

    Durham 106-5 v Worcs

A worrying moment for England supporters as Ben Stokes is struck around the side of his knee to Tom Taylor's first ball after lunch.

Taylor lets rip a huge appeal, but it looked to be sliding down leg.

More importantly, it leaves Stokes flexing his left leg.

He flicks the third ball off his hips for four to move and then takes a single, but he's moving slightly gingerly.

And four balls later, Jordan Thompson removes his near namesake Alex Thomson as Derbyshire slide to a rather miserable 49-8.

  19. Close call for Sibleypublished at 13:35 British Summer Time 30 June

    Surrey 16-0 v Essex

Still grey and overcast here in South London as Jamie Porter gets a bit of lift and seam movement away from Rory Burns but there's enough width for Burns to leave the ball.

Shane Snater will continue his spell from the Pavilion End with three slips in place.

Dom Sibley has four with a glance to leg that runs through mid wicket.

Dom Sibley has a life on 10, driving a wide one and edging the ball just wide of a diving Jamie Porter at point.
