West Indies need to dig in. It's all about discipline and bowling the same ball, over and over again, boring as it may be.

That is why Test cricket is so difficult.

  3. Eng 58-1published at 13 overs

Alzarri Joseph has cranked it up to 89mph but is still wasteful, as Pope pulls another short ball for four and he oversteps to gift England another free run.

There's been some decent bowling, but too many looseners thrown in which have eased any pressure.

West Indies have got to be careful. Things can slip away, especially with the way this England side bat.

You've got to somehow stay in the game and fight your way back in with disciplined bowling, and hope England make the mistakes.

My nephew is 14 today and Jimmy is his favourite cricketer. It's crazy to think he wasn't even born when Jimmy started his career. I still remember being together in 2013 when Anderson clinched that Ashes win. Henry was just 3! We're sat in the garden listening to TMS now for his last game. It's all rather emotional!
