Right that is me done for the time being. Timothy Abraham has finished his ice-cream - I reckon he is a mint choc chip kinda guy - and is primed to guide you through the next little while.

What's your flavour? Tell me what's your flavour? Never too early for an ice-cream on a sunny day like today. Neil, Mark and Jon have duly got stuck in.

It just looks simple for Gus Atkinson, it is just straight lines. I like how he just bowls the ball and then turns round and walks back.

Gus Atkinson is now outright fourth on the all-time England men's Test wicket-taker list in their first three Tests. He has 22 wickets so far.

He's behind three legends now - Tom Richardson, who played in the late 19th century, he took 23 wickets. Alec Bedser and Fred Trueman both took 24.

And that is lunch. Joshua Da Silva again immediately walks off, but this time double-checks. The ball is good and the session is done. West Indies lost three wickets in that session and have built themselves a 57 run lead.

Alick Athanaze, Mikyle Louis and Jason Holder the men to fall, prised out by Shoaib Bashir, Ben Stokes and Gus Atkinson respectively.

Speaking of Gus Atkinson, this little nugget from Zaltz is intriguing...

False Lunch alarm. Joshua Da Silva was marching off towards the dinner table. But it's a no-ball from Atkinson. One more to come.

  7. WI 147-5published at 40 overs

Another thing on Stokes and the bits people don't get to see...

Durham beat Somerset inside two days. After the match, there were a gaggle of kids all looking for an autograph or a selfie. He spent 20 or so minutes making sure every single request was met, even checking that no-one else wanted anything before he departed.

At one point there was a lad loitering behind him with an England Test shirt he wanted signing. Stokes didn't notice him initially but, eventually, someone pointed him out. Stokes turned and saw Jack Leach waiting pen in hand! #GoodEgg

That one has lifted off a length and crashed into Joshua Da Silva's right bicep. Decent pace this from Stokes.

    Stokes, as predicted, continues.

He could and should have picked up a wicket in his previous over. Zak Crawley, though, shelled a simple catch.

Stokes did get this one a little earlier...

Gus Atkinson comes on. Gus Atkinson takes a wicket. 22 and counting for him in the series. What are we all thinking in terms of superlatives?!

You feel a little hard done by as a batter there. It did look good though and you can understand why the umpire stuck his finger up.

Gus Atkinson continues to impress me. He gets good sidewards movement off the seam and caught Holder in the crease.

Ohhhhh that is close. Clipping the top-corner of leg-stump. But because Holder was given out on the field, he has to go.

No bat involved. It does hit him on the knee-roll, though. He is a tall man...

Kavem Hodge is certainly showing what he's got for the West Indies. It took him some time to get his opportunity - he's been on the regional scene for more than a decade.

Having been stuck on 49 for the last ten minutes, Hodge scrambles through for the single that takes him to a half-century. 50 off 56 balls.

To combine injury with insult, it looks Crawley might have done a bit of damage when dropping that one. He's off the field. Potential dislocated finger?

Gus Atkinson is on for the first time today!

That was regulation, even though it came at him quickly.

It is up to Jason Holder to make England pay now.
