    Miles was expensive at times but he's come back strongly to finish with 3-71.

    Lancashire, who won the toss and put Kent into bat, will be very pleased their work today having bowled Kent out with 16 overs left on this first day.

    It's a pretty good effort, Lancashire will be pretty thrilled with that, to have knocked the home side over before the close of play.

    Toby Roland-Jones picks up a single and Middlesex have a batting point at Lord's - they are 251-7 after 79 overs against Derbyshire.

    John Simpson reaches 150 off 212 balls with a boundary off Josh Hull - and Sussex are 355-7 against Leicestershire, with three bonus points to their credit.

    Play has been quicker at Scarborough and Yorkshire are only a few overs from the close on 330-2 following a George Hill boundary off Gloucestershire's Ajeet Singh Dale.

    The new ball will be available for Glamorgan following the current over against Northants, who are 258-8, with youngsters Gus Miller and Raphy Weatherall together at the crease.

    Tawanda Muyeye's battling 59 - the top score of the Kent innings - is ended as he's trapped leg before by Luke Wells.

    George Balderson and Nathan Lyon bagged three wickets apiece, while Kent opener Ben Compton (55) was the only Kent batter other than Muyeye to pass 40.

    Olly Stone isn't done yet. He's moved past his second highest first-class score with a brace of fours off the bowling of Jake Ball.

    He clips the first ball square with a big swing of the bat and gets four more two balls later, nudging a shorter, slower ball to backward square leg.

    He was a bit surprised by the bounce but controlled the shot well.

    His record score is 90, made this season on this ground against Lancashire. He has 61 in this innings to date.
