  1. Eng 207-6published at 46 overs

Very good over from Matthew Forde, keeping England to just five from it.

He varied both his pace and his length to keep the batters guessing.

Four overs left. Sherfane Rutherford is likely to have to bowl two of them...

  2. 200 runs

    Eng 202-6published at 45 overs

    Mousley 55, Overton 15

Nearly 50 and out for Dan Mousley as he scampered back for two.

The throw from the deep wasn't accurate but Shai Hope flicked it back onto the stumps and the England man just makes his ground - more with a fall than a dive.

That brings up the 200 for England.

Terrific maiden ODI half-century for Mousley. He played the situation with great intelligence.

A maiden ODI fifty for Dan Mousley - and he gets there with a boundary.

Short from Alzarri Joseph but fine leg is up and Mousley gets it over his head and away to the fence.

    It's a 64-ball half-century for the young left-hander. A good knock and he's not done yet.

Overton is now going to go hard. It’s now or never if England are going to post a competitive target.

    What a hit!

In the slot from Alzarri Joseph and Jamie Overton pummels the ball back over his head for six.

Brilliant power and timing from the England number eight.

  7. Eng 187-6published at 44 overs

Short again to end the over but this time it's Jamie Overton on strike and he can only pick out the fielder at deep mid-wicket for a single.

Six from the over. West Indies will take that from Sherfane Rutherford at this stage.

  8. Eng 185-6published at 43.3 overs

Dragged down by Sherfane Rutherford and Dan Mousley pulls powerfully into the gap in front of square.

    Four runs.

  9. Eng 181-6published at 43 overs

Dan Mousley and Jamie Overton are really looking to put the pressure on the West Indies fielders with their running between the wickets.

They are still only able to take five from Alzarri Joseph's over. Good stuff from the Windies seamer.

    Mousley 41, Overton 4

Sherfane Rutherford was one ball away from getting out of the over smartly for West Indies.

However, he sends down a leg-side wide and Jamie Overton is able to tickle the extra delivery away fine for four.

    Useful runs for England.

It really is bad news for West Indies.

Romario Shepherd is having to be helped off the field after that fall.

Shai Hope is going to have to find a sixth bowler. It's going to be Sherfane Rutherford and he's likely to have to bowl 3.5 overs to make up for the overs Shepherd will not be able to complete.

  13. Eng 168-6published at 41.1 overs

    Oh dear. What's happened there?

Romario Shepherd stumbles as he delivers the ball and hits the deck hard.

The ball is dragged down horribly and Dan Mousley gratefully pulls it over short fine leg for four.

The concern for West Indies is that Shepherd has stayed down.

England's hopes of getting up to 250 suffer another blow just as things were starting to look up.

Jamie Overton is the new batter but he's unable to get off the mark from the last three balls of a successful Matthew Forde over.

We can get a bit blasé about brilliant relay boundary catches, but that really was from the very top drawer.

Stunning catch! The end of an excellent innings from Phil Salt.

The England opener clubbed a short ball towards deep mid-wicket and must have thought it was six.

Instead, Brandon King races around the outfield, jumps to take the catch and then, as he was about to tumble over the rope, casually throws the ball across to Alzarri Joseph to complete the catch.

We see plenty of those kind of catches these days but that was particularly special.

  17. Eng 163-5published at 40 overs

Dan Mousley is frustrated with himself after missing with two attempted sweeps early in Roston Chase's over.

He's used the shot well so far but not so much in this over. A cut shot brings him one, Phil Salt pushes down the ground for another and Mousley goes back to punch a third through the covers.

Chase is bowled out after taking 1-42. We've got 10 overs left in the England innings. What can they post from here?

  18. Eng 160-5published at 39 overs

Good running from Dan Mousley and Phil Salt as the former mistimes a pull shot into the leg side.

They get back for two relatively comfortably when initially it looked like only being a single.

Salt then muscles through extra cover for two more to end Matthew Forde's first over back into the attack.

The fact that both Salt and Livingstone have shown an ability to adapt to the conditions and game situation on this tour is surely a positive for England going forward. They are both such destructive players and will be regular match winners if they continue to combine this with some restraint at times.

England's run-rate has now nudged above four-an-over and with this pair going well, can they start looking at getting up towards 250 again?

They've got 12 overs to try and make it happen.
