  1. 6 runs

    SCO 6-0 (target 197)published at 0.2 overs

George Munsey gets nowhere near the first ball of the reply, but gets all of his second delivery and it flies away for six behind square on the leg-side.

  2. Postpublished at 16:17 British Summer Time 6 September

Thanks Andrew, I've got three layers on and I'm still shivering.

It was meant to be 20 degrees today.

  3. SCO 0-0 (target 197)published at 16:15 British Summer Time 6 September

George Munsey and Michael Jones are heading to the middle for Scotland, as they look to chase down 197.

Xavier Bartlett has the new ball for Australia. George O'Neill is back in the live-texter's seat...

  4. Australia set Scotland 197 to winpublished at 20 overs

And he finishes with a dot ball. Not bad, considering.

Well, it's not 180. This will be a tough chase for Scotland, but you never know.

Impressive performances from Chris Sole and Brad Currie with the ball in hand, but Australia really motored along after a slow start.

Perhaps that Travis Head wicket was a false dawn. Still waiting on that sun, as well.

  5. AUS 196-4published at 19.5 overs

Two dots follows the big sixes. A very knowledgeable man in the crowd told Brad Wheal to pitch it up, and he did to great effect.

He bounces the next one, Tim David gloves it, and it's gone for four behind the stumps. That's unlucky.

  6. AUS 192-4published at 19.2 overs

Brad Currie has just hinted to me that he thinks 180 is around par on this pitch.

He said he doesn't think Scotland have bowled particularly well, and the new-ball period of the chase will be crucial.

Those two big sixes off the bat of Tim David don't help Scotland...

  7. 6 runs

    AUS 192-4published at 19.2 overs

And again! Big, big swing from Tim David and it's over the wall. I hope no one is parked there.

Expensive over from Brad Wheal and we're only two balls in.

  8. 6 runs

    AUS 186-4published at 19.1 overs

Another fantastic over from Chris Sole, which has pulled Scotland right back into it.

However, Brad Wheal's first ball of the final over is pulled away brilliantly by Tim David and flies over the spectators for six.

  9. wicket

WICKET Inglis c Berrington b Sole 103published at 18.4 overs

    AUS 178-4

A fine innings comes to an end as Inglis' tries to come down the wicket and splices it up to cover. A simple take for Berrington.

Tim David is the next man on.

  10. AUS 177-3published at 18.2 overs

A frustrated Brad Currie comes back to the boundary rope after a tough over. Scotland turn to Chris Sole for the penultimate over.

Marcus Stoinis tries to pull a slower one away and it bounces just short of Currie at square leg.

  11. AUS 174-3published at 17.2 overs

    George O'Neill
BBC Sport Scotland at The Grange

Six, six to reach that milestone for Josh Inglis, and I'm not sure the Aussie keeper knew!

He had to look up at the sightscreen after a chat with Marcus Stoinis before he raised his bat.

  12. 100 runs

for Josh Inglispublished at 17.2 overs

    Aus 174-3

Josh Inglis' must be listening. He clips Brad Currie off his hips for a big six and he's now only six away from a hundred.

Aaaand he does it next ball, a big old slog that clears the rope and then some.

A fantastic innings from the Australian keeper.

  13. AUS 162-3published at 17 overs

Our first boundary for 16 balls, as Josh Inglis skips down the wicket and dispatches Mark Watt through the covers.

Scotland have slowed the run rate considerably in the last three overs, but never rule out a late Australia for a late charge.

  14. AUS 153-3published at 16.1 overs

Mark Watt throws a speculative dive at Josh Inglis' shot back down the ground. Craig Gordon might have been proud of that.

  15. AUS 152-3published at 16 overs

Brad Wheal pitches one up and Marcus Stoinis tries a big swing, but the ball clips the bat and cannons into his pads.

The big Aussie tries the same with the next ball but doesn't catch it clean. Just as well, as it bounced short of the Scotland fielder.

  16. AUS 148-3published at 15 overs

    George O'Neill
BBC Sport Scotland at The Grange

    "Lovely Soley. Great set mate."

Brad Currie encourages his fellow seamer from the square-leg boundary.

  17. In case you missed it...published at 15.1 overs

    AUS 148-3

Here's the wicket of Cam Green falling, all courtesy of Brad Currie.

  18. AUS 148-3published at 15 overs

An over with no boundaries. That was exactly what Scotland needed.

On second viewing, that delivery that Marcus Stoinis played and missed was not far away from the edge.

  19. AUS 146-3published at 14.4 overs

Chris Sole on, and proving a little trickier to properly to get away. The pace he brings is frightening.

Starts with a dot, then a few singles, and another dot that flies past Stoinis' bat. It has to be some delivery for the Aussie batter to miss it entirely.

  20. 6 runs

    AUS 144-3published at 13.6 overs

And another, this time from Marcus Stoinis, smacking Greaves back over his head.

Games can turn so quickly in T20 and after a really positive start from Scotland, Australia have put themselves back into a really good position.
