Danni Wyatt-Hodge has a half-century for the second time in three matches.

It's been an up and down series for the opener (0, 1, 66, 5, 50*) but today she's been in excellent touch and is really making India pay for dropping her on five.

England are flying quite nicely here and Danni Wyatt-Hodge is enjoying herself in the middle.

The ease at which they are doing this at the moment makes you think that the gap between the two sides can be smaller.

Sophia Dunkley has Arundhati Reddy's number. She picked up a six and a four in her first over and starts her second with another four, this one through square leg.

Danni Wyatt-Hodge also joins in on the fun, sweeping (again) through fine leg. A crisp drive through the covers brings another boundary. Oh, and here comes another through mid-wicket.

19 off the over. The required rate has dipped below 7.5. England are flying.

A quieter over. Five singles from it.

England's players are looking pretty relaxed on the balcony/dugout/viewing area. No one is scrabbling around for their pads.

It's a prefect start for England. They needed a good one and they have had one.

England have a weakness against spin but the India spinners haven't quite executed their plan so far today.
