The fun continues as Dan Worrall clubs a six off the final ball of Felix Organ's 31st over to move to 41 off 46 balls.

He's almost caught at midwicket but takes a single.

Ben Foakes, remember him, picks up one to put the bowler back on strike.

He then survives a stumping and then a run-out attempt as Michael Neser's throw misses the stumps.

Dan Worrall gets hold of another one and dispatches Felix Organ through midwicket for his sixth boundary.

Ouch, that is going to hurt. Worrall climbs into the next ball but it hits Fletcha Middleton, fielding at short leg, flush on his helmet.

He looks okay, but is walking off, most likely for a concussion test.

Liam Dawson tosses another one up to lure Dan Worrall into a mistake.

He respinds by pulling it through square leg for a massive six into the seats in the western side of the ground.

He then drills the fifth ball wide of mid-off for another boundary. He's gone to 31 off 40 balls.

    The deficit drops below 300.

There is Middlesex's third batting point.

Ryan Higgins finds the boundary again off Jayden Seales and moves to 89 not out.

In theory, we still have 14 more overs after this one - so plenty of time to convert that into a century.

Hampshire are way ahead of the rate so we will play on.

Another big heave from Dan Worrall off Liam Dawson finds fresh air and wicketkeeper Ben Brown whips off the bails.

The number 11 was safely in his ground.

Three more dots prove too much for Worrall who absolutely pummels the fifth ball down the ground. It bounces twice before it reaches the rope.

    Worrall goes to 19.

Dan Worrall is not going quietly.

He aims a mighty heave at a wide ball from Felix Organ and gets it a big inside edge which narrowly evades his leg stump.

But he does connect with the next ball, pulled through midwicket for a third boundary to move to 15.

    Hants 608-6 dec v Surrey 127 &161-9 - trail by 321

    Dan Whiting
    BBC Radio London

For me, Liam Dawson is the man of the match.

I think the three wickets before lunch on the first day were crucial to opening the door there for Kyle Abbott.

I think he's bowled beautifully again in the second innings and scored 81 runs with the bat

But there could be a number of contenders in the Hampshire side.

Dan Worrall makes the most of his lifeline in the previous over by taking a boundary off the first ball of Felix Organ's 28th over.

    Five dots follow.

Ben Foakes turns Liam Dawson around the corner for a single.

Will Worrall resist a tempter from Dawson? He almost takes the carrot but changes his mind mid-shot and plays it safely.

He then clubs it one bounce to mid-on. Good shot, no run.

  15. No Agar for Kentpublished at 17:32 26 May

    Kent 373-8 v Essex 591-7 dec

Wes Agar is not coming out for Kent, it's last man Arafat Bhuiyan striding to the middle.

Only one more wicket to finish off the innings.

What a job Tom Westley has done for himself!

A second wicket for the Essex captain as he dismisses the set batter in Harry Finch.

The wicketkeeper goes back and is undone as the ball drifts into his pads.

He falls 15 short of his ton and Essex sense an opening.

But, somehow, the safe hands of the South African drop a dolly.

  20. 'The crowd can't believe what they are seeing'published at 17:27 26 May

    Kevan James
    BBC Radio Solent commentator

They crowd can't quite believe what they are seeing here in that Surrey have been completely taken apart.

The last time these two sides met here last year Hampshire won that one as well.

I think the rain is staying away.
