    Surrey are convinced they have the wicket of Michael Pepper.

    Wicketkeeper Ben Foakes throws the ball to the skies while Matthew Fisher goes off to celebrate.

    Pepper stands his ground and the replay shows the ball takes his thigh pad, just evading the inside edge.

    A good umpiring decision that although Surrey may think differently.

    It's a deserved reward at last for Dillon Pennington.

    Ben Raine was undone when it went under the bat there was an explosion of dust and noise as it clattered into the middle stump.

    He is out for 27.

    It moves the hosts past the Pears first innings total with six wickets in hand.

    The Sussex captain came in and has got on with things and goes to a 16th career century in the red ball game.

    He has hit 14 boundaries and a six in his 120 balls faced.

    He'll be delighted with his own performance but more so with the position his side have got themselves into.

    The Kent fightback continues in Northampton with James Sales caught off Jas Singh for four. Saif Zaib and Rob keogh are now together and the home side are 63-4, replying to Kent's 231 all out.

    Leicestershire have lost their first wicket in Cardiff with Ian Holland edging Tim van der Gugten to the keeper. They are 23-1 after bowling out Glamorgan for 229.

    Similar story at Derby where David Lloyd has just been bowled by Tom Price for 16. The home side are 58-1 in the ninth over after Gloucestershire were all out for 222.
