Sarah Glenn's last seven Hundred wickets have come with deliveries hitting the stumps, it's no surprise that her stump-to-stump approach delivers once again against Alice Capsey.

A second Invincibles batter trapped in front!

Spirit introduce a second England spinner in leggie Sarah Glenn, and Alice Capsey reverse sweeps her opening delivery for four, a third consecutive boundary.

Spirit look on it today. They are bringing a different intensity and the Invincibles are struggling.

As long as Meg Lanning is out there, they will feel they have a chance however. A really good finish to the powerplay from Alice Capsey.

  9. 6 runs

Invincibles 31-1published at 75 balls left

Six and a four to end the powerplay!

New Spirit captain Charlie Dean brings herself onto bowl and her England teammate Alice Capsey slog-sweeps the penultimate delivery of the set over the square boundary for six.

She finds another boundary in the same area from the following delivery.

Eva Gray comes on as the third Spirit bowler - she's facing her former side having moved across London prior to the 2024 season.

Alice Capsey gets her first four from Gray's second ball, hitting the seamer down the ground.

Meg Lanning almost adds another boundary off the final ball of the set, but the ball is retrieved well at backward square and the batters run three.

That's the third time Lauren Winfield-Hill has been dismissed by Tara Norris in the Hundred and the fifth time overall that she's been dismissed by a left armer in the competition - the Invincibles skipper averages just seven facing left arm pace in the Hundred.

  12. Invincibles 11-1published at 85 balls left

Issy Wong to take the ball for London Spirit at the other end.

The England seamer starts with a big wide down the leg side, and sits one up for Meg Lanning later in the set.

Tara Norris is the highest wicket taker in the powerplay for the London Spirit, taking seven for the side.

  19. Which franchise league is most entertaining?published at 16:11 British Summer Time 5 August

    Franchise leagues graphic

While we wait for the teams to come back out, time to have a little ponder.

The men's cricket world is awash with franchise leagues.

There's the Indian Premier League (IPL), the Pakistan Super League (PSL) and the SA20.

Australia's Big Bash is one of the originals, and there are others in the Caribbean (CPL), and United Arab Emirates (ILT20).

Then there's The Hundred - the 100-ball outlier.

That's to name just a few... but which is the best league?

BBC Sport, with help from CricViz, looks at some key metrics to try to answer that very question.
