  1. Postpublished at 15:45 11 May

    Notts 168-4 v Lancashire 331

Tom Hartley is into his third over and the first ball of it is a touch short.

But even still, Haseeb Hameed uses so much wrist in the bottom hand to flick it to midwicket where a despairing dive from George Balderson can't prevent it going for four.

Hameed is now into the nineties.

  2. 'Borthwick and Lees look good'published at 15:42 11 May

    Hampshire 503 v Durham 31-0

    Kevan James
    BBC Radio Solent commentator

Scott Borthwick and Alex Lees are looking good in the middle.

You wouldn't think they've been out in the baking hot sun for nearly 147 overs.

That's when it's tough as an opening batter.

  3. Tea: WORCS DECLARE ON 618-7dpublished at 15:41 11 May

    Kent v Worcs 618-7d

Pears skipper Brett D'Oliveira decides that is enough and his side declare on a whopping 618.

That noise you can hear is the collective sigh of relief of Kent's bowlers.

Three centurions for Worcestershire in that innings, with Adam Hose making 90 and Kashif Ali 72.

We're going to take an early tea here

  4. WICKET Sibley b Miles 64published at 15:40 11 May

    Surrey 164-2 v Warwickshire 343

Good work from Bears paceman Craig Miles.

He gets one to keep a fraction low, and it's low enough to get past Dom Sibley's defences.

It feels like Warwickshire needed that one as Sibley and Ollie Pope were going very nicely.

  5. 100 for Matthew Waitepublished at 15:37 11 May

    Kent v Worcs 618-7

Yet another six bring Matthew Waite a century to go alongside Jason Holder's.

  6. Postpublished at 15:35 11 May

    Surrey 160-1 v Warwickshire 343

Jacob Bethell is thrown the ball for the first time in this innings.

Ollie Pope comes down the track to loft a nice four off the fifth ball.

And he sweeps the last ball down to deep square for another couple to move to 39.

  7. Postpublished at 15:33 11 May

    Hampshire 503 v Durham 19-0

Durham openers Alex Lees and Scott Borthwick have begun the reply to Hampshire's first innings score.

No alarms so far with two boundaries from Borthwick and one to Lees.

  8. 50 partnershippublished at 15:31 11 May

    Notts 154-4 v Lancashire 331

A crisp drive from Jack Haynes gets him three runs through the covers and helps him and Haseeb Hameed clock up a stand of 50 from 76 balls.

Notts are fighting back hard with this partnership.

  9. 600 up for Worcestershirepublished at 15:31 11 May

    Kent v Worcs 609-7

This is now the second-highest total of the season with Jason Holder and Matthew Waite brutally pummelling the Kent bowling attack.

They have passed 600 with a flurry of sixes - two for Waite, one for Holder.

Warwickshire's 698-3 in April is the only score to be higher this season.

  10. 150 up for Nottspublished at 15:28 11 May

    Notts 150-4 v Lancashire 331

The 46th over of the Notts innings and it's time for spin.

Nathan Lyon has been rested for this game to 'manage his workload', so Tom Hartley is the frontline spinner for Lancashire.

It can only be described as a loosener. A full-toss, a drag down and a total of 10 runs from the over.

It brings up the 150 for the innings.

  11. 200 partnership for Ingram and Carlsonpublished at 15:24 11 May

    Glamorgan 242-4 v Sussex 278

Well-deserved applause for the dynamic duo.

Carlson is nine away from a century of his own.

Glamorgan only trail by 36 runs.

  12. 'Well played Jason Holder'published at 15:23 11 May

    Kent v Worcs 568-7

    Frank Watson
    BBC Hereford & Worcester

Jason Holder removes his helmet, punches the air and taps the Josh Baker badge on his shirt.

It will probably be his last innings for Worcestershire in this little spell, one assumes, and he brings up a really excellent 100.

    Well played Jason Holder.

  13. Postpublished at 15:22 11 May

    Surrey 145-1 v Warwickshire 343

Warwickshire have had a polite enquiry about the state of the ball.

The umpires' response is equally fast. There is no change.

The bowlers have 37 more left with this cherry before they can unwrap a new one.

  14. Northants five downpublished at 15:21 11 May

    Northants 113-5 v Glos 409

It's been a nightmare of an afternoon for the hosts in truth.

They lost two wickets in as many balls in the first over after lunch and after treading water for a little have now lost their fifth wicket, with George Bartlett dismissed by Tom Price.

    They are 296 behind.

  15. 'An incredible performance from Ingram'published at 15:17 11 May

    Glamorgan 241-4 v Sussex 278

    Nick Webb
    BBC Radio Wales

That is Colin Ingram's third century in five matches, an incredible performance from the experienced South African.

Colin Ingram getting a lot of praise today - and rightly so. He's now the top run-scorer in Division Two, overtaking team-mate Sam Northeast.

  16. 'Not expecting any Durham drama'published at 15:16 11 May

    Hampshire 503 all out v Durham 2-0

    Martin Emmerson
    BBC Radio Newcastle

It is quite often the case discussions about declarations lead to wickets. And so it came to be in Southampton today.

Myself and Kevan James were trying to work out the Hampshire plan, as they batted on a flat track and had reached 450-6. Wickets were not on our minds at the time but then out of nowhere, four came along at once.

It began when Ben Brown pulled a ball from Peter Siddle to Callum Parkinson at square leg. He was on 67 at the time and appeared to play the ball one-handed.

Moments later Felix Organ was run out for 32 after a horrible mix-up which saw him and new batsman James Fuller at the same end. Organ had called him through for three. It looked a good shout, but Fuller was going nowhere, while Organ was off back to the pavilion.

Hampshire were eventualy dismissed for 503, losing their last four wickets for 28 runs. There are 43 overs left of day two. I don't expect any drama from a Durham point of view, based on what we have seen of this track so far.

  17. Postpublished at 15:15 11 May

    Notts 132-4 v Lancashire

A terrific on-drive from Haseeb Hameed greets Saqib Mahmood's latest delivery.

Four welcome runs for Notts as Hameed and Jack Haynes try to battle their way back into the game.

Those two wickets in two overs for George Balderson really set them back.

  18. 100 for Jason Holderpublished at 15:13 11 May

    Kent v Worcs 564-7

A first Worcestershire century for Jason Holder!

It came in 97 balls and with five fours and five sixes - some big ones in there too.

A few more boundaries from Matthew Waite has seen him move to 71.

This is hard graft for Kent.

  19. 'Ingram has played superbly'published at 15:11 11 May

    Glamorgan 223-4 v Sussex 278

    Edward Bevan
Cricket reporter on BBC Radio Wales

You couldn't have wished to see a better 100.

Coming in when Glamorgan were 32-3 and then very quickly 41-4.

    Colin Ingram has played superbly.

  20. 50 partnershippublished at 15:09 11 May

    Surrey 138-1 v Warwickshire

A single from Dom Sibley and that is the 50 between him and Ollie Pope.

It has taken 73 balls but feels quicker. This is ominous for Warwickshire as Pope will score quickly and Sibley will set the platform.
