That was a beautiful shot and I think that is what the best players do, they are on the front foot and always putting pressure back onto the bowlers.

Here we go. Pakistan start well with Diana Baig's seam but Phoebe Litchfield charges the final ball of the over to hit the first of what will surely be many boundaries today.

The Pakistan players look busy as they make their way to the middle. They have played Australia 16 times in ODIs and haven't won any of those matches.

Diana Baig, one of the tournament's leading wicket-takers, is going to start to Aussie skipper Alyssa Healy.

Pakistan were impressive at times against India on Sunday but were unable to prevent a second defeat from two at this World Cup.

Australia started with a victory against New Zealand last week when Ash Gardner scored a brilliant 115 but their second match against Sri Lanka was abandoned without a ball being bowled.

Victory today will put Australia on top of the pile.

Australia captain Alyssa Healy: "I was looking to have a bat anyway. They are nice and warm conditions. We may as get out here and put a total on the board."

On her side's two changes and leaving out Sophie Molineux: "We knew coming in Sophie was going to have to be managed and some of the fixtures coming up look quite crucial."

Pakistan captain Fatima Sana: "The conditions suits spinners and the pitch looks very dry. We are ready and hopefully we try to execute better plans today."

On bringing in batter Eyman Fatima: "She is a good batter and a good power hitter.

"We need long partnerships in the batting. Hopefully the batters will do."

It's hard to know what to do for the best against a side as strong as Australia. Pakistan have gone for putting them into bat.

Those in green have attempted to strengthen their batting by bringing in Eyman Fatima.

Australia have switched things up with Megan Schutt and Georgia Wareham for Sophie Molinuex and Darcie Brown.

This World Cup rumbles on and today moves back to Colombo.

Sri Lanka is Pakistan's home for this World Cup but today they face the toughest test of all - Australia.

Alyssa Healy, Ellyse Perry, Ash Gardner, Annabel Sutherland and co are in town and need a win after rain denied them a chance to maintain a 100% start against Sri Lanka.
